I had an oil leak about a month ago that I tracked down to be the oil filter. Apparently on Patriots you have to torque the filters, never heard of that before. Anyway the leaks been fixed.Push the pedal down and take your foot off it each time, and don’t rush. Turn the key back to the “Off” position and remove it. This should complete the process. You can then put the key back in and fire up your Patriot’s engine, and you’ll hopefully see the “Oil Change” light has gone.
