Alternator doesn’t appear to be coated in oil. If the front passenger side tip of the oil pan is constantly wet then it is the oil pump. That oil leak eventually results in streaks coming down the side then to the bottom of the oil pan. Check vvt solenoid/ spool valve (dont know which term is tight, lol).

Warm water + soap + pump (pressurize) and then spray around with engine hot. I keep the spray pointed instead of wide.
