Tried obliberate, but it works mostly for SMG's with high crit hit chance. Intimidate works best if you have minimum 2 blues. Im using 3 blues. Hunters Fury/Memento. Yes, i lose 15% weapon damage overall, but when the bonus armor kicks in, thats scales from 3 pieces of blue, not just 1 or two, so basically i have more bonus armor to use intimidate. For another, the best Memento builds will use the kill confirmed buff in combat, because you'll get more awesome stuff like weapon damage and bonus armor whatnot.
