Just got A40 TR's delivered today and cannot get the command center to recognize the mixamp on PC/Windows 10. I used the USB cable that it came with, have it set to PC mode, have restarted computer and unplugged/plugged back in 100 times. I even tried a different USB to micro USB cable and same result. How common are faulty units?In the past, I have had no problem with windows recognizing my headset and it has been smooth sailing.
