New 35" spare went up into place with no problems. There's about 1/4" between the new spare and the hitch. Truck is a 2021 Silverado 1500 RST. 4" BDS lift running Toyo 35x12.5x18 tires. Also, spare does not rub on anything when installed in the front or rear because I have 1.25" wheel spacers all around.I can't speak for the twins but I ran 4.56 gears with 35's on my old truck and it helped out a lot.
